The Big Passenger Survey

Thanks to all the passengers who completed our recent 'Big Passenger Survey'.  It is important to find out what you think of us and to understand what we could do better.  Please don't forget though, we welcome feedback at any time, just talk to a member of the team or drop us a line.  Our survey showed that 86% of passengers said that before finding us they felt isolated and unable to access shops, services and places of interest.  91% of respondents said that we had helped them make new connections and friendships and 90% said the services had helped them feel less lonely.  An amazing 96% of passengers said that we helped them feel or be more independent.  The statistic in particular is borne out by many comments from people who tell us that we enable them to remain living independent lives in their own homes.  If you or anyone you know would benefit from support do give us a ring on 01692 500840 to talk about how we can help.
